Our guiding force, the woman behind the cause is Ms. Deepa Antil. She is Mentor and President of Sashakt Nari Parishad (SNP). Deepa Antil is an educationist and women rights activist.

She had in born dream to live for a social cause which helped her in laying down foundation stone of SNP. Deepa Antil is serving her noble cause of ‘Lok Seva’ for the last 14 years by fighting for the oppressed and needy. A pious soul who cries for needy & poor and in return gives back a fulfilling smile to their faces.

At present, she is heading an organization named Sashakt Nari Parishad (SNP), an NGO that works for the promotion and protection of human rights including women centric issues in India, as the National President.

She feels that women empowerment can’t be achieved without educating them. Since its Inception in 2011, SNP has been regularly conducting Seminars, Mohalla Sabhas, various workshops and counseling sessions to educate and empower women. It has been almost 18 years, she is serving the society and today, her organization SNP feels proud of being associated with almost 1.50 Lacs devoted members.

SNP’s ambitious movement ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ is a major step towards achieving its vision and mission of protecting and promoting human rights in India along with women’s core issues in the country.

The renowned and prestigious organizations have observed the sincere efforts made by Deepa Ji in the society and appreciated it with several honors. She has got ‘Women of The Year Award’, ‘Bharat Gourav Award’, ‘7th Excellence Women Award’ and ‘Social Activist Of The Year Award’.

Recently, she has been awarded with ‘Mahila Gaurav Award 2015’ and ‘Magicka Women Achievers Award 2015’ Udhymi Stree Samman 2015, & Aaj Ki Delhi Achiever Award 2015, for her contribution to the society.

SNP is organizing Women of Achievement Awards on cultural evening that will honor 30 Personalities / Institutions who have demonstrated qualities of leadership and excellence in their professional and personal endeavors as well as their contribution to the larger community. In conjunction with the Women of Achievement Awards Ceremony SNP held cultural program to support the Save Girl Child issue.
